Modeling Parts

In this stage, the main parts of the manual hand drill were modeled separately using CAD software. Each component was designed according to its function and approximate shape in the product. The modeling process helped us understand the structure of the drill, the connection between parts, and how the mechanism works.

Main Body: The central frame that holds the mechanism together.

Chuck: The part that holds the drill bit securely.

Handle: The rotating part used to transfer hand force into motion.

Spindle: The shaft that carries rotational movement to the drill bit.

Assembly View: Shows how the modeled parts fit together in the final product.
